This article gives you all of my main home gym equipment recommendations, based on 10+ years of use, trial, error, etc…
The equipment you need depends primarily on what your goal is with exercise.
But if you generally want to lose weight and build strength, you ought to consider doing some kind of resistance training. And for that, I primarily use kettlebells for their versatility, challenge, and how enjoyable they are.
Here’s the equipment I like:
