Hi, I'm Don LaTorre
I started my career at a major sugar company, working 50+ hour weeks, a growing family, church responsibilities, and the normal stuff of life.
Back in 2020 I hit a wall -- drained, stressed, gaining weight, and quickly realized I wasn't stewarding my health. And that lack of stewardship was impacting all the duties God gave me.
That painful experience forced me to find a different way. One that was simple, sustainable, and focused on stewardship. I learned how to build energy, habits, and strength within the chaos of a busy life.
Now I help Christian guys do the same thing. My mission is to help equip you with the simple and sustainable tools that help you steward your body so that you have more energy for your family, work, ministry, and responsibilities.
