Layman's Fitness started as a blog in 2021.

Now it's an online fitness company that helps busy dads lose weight, get strong, and do it all at home.

In 2025, my wife Kelli and I started a homeschool sports league in League City, TX called Wolf Pack (which is now my full-time thing).
