    I went from a guy working at a sugar company to running a fitness business for Christian guys. 

    In 2020 I hit a breaking point in my health that forced me to make some changes.

    My "all-or-nothing" mentality doubted whether or not these changes would stick. 

    But I was wrong. Those changes stuck. 

    Those habits started really small. But they compounded over time.
